Nic Murphy, Manager

Before working with adults with disabilities I worked for a large private healthcare company for 20 years as a medical underwriter.

In 2011 I started working for a care provider, providing care and support for the elderly and adults with disabilities in their own homes and I have never looked back.

Some of the people I supported transferred their care over to Ordinary Lifestyles and I came along with them as a support worker.

Now I’m a Manager, managing services in the Trafford area. I love being a part of a sector that is rewarding, working with teams delivering high quality, person centred care which makes a difference to the lives of the people we support.

Outside of work I enjoy the simple things, eating out and spending time with my family and friends.
