Stacey Royle, Deputy Manager

My name is Stacey. I’ve worked in different types of health and social care settings since leaving school almost 20 years ago, starting with supporting my best friend Tanya, who had a terminal muscle wasting disease, moving on to supporting adults with all different support needs to go on holidays and then moving on to sessional support and attending activities led by Ordinary Lifestyles.

Just over 9 years ago I applied for a position of Support Worker with Ordinary Lifestyles. I then progressed to team leading, with lots of support and training I then became one of the Operations Coordinators and finally decided to settle in management.

I mostly enjoy being part of a huge team, meeting new people, setting up new services and simply enabling individuals to live their best life, whilst following our values.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my partner, our 2 daughters, our 2 dogs and my very large extended family. I love to socialise and enjoy evenings out, eating out and holidays in the sunshine!
