We are currently looking to recruit a:
FEMALE Team Leader in Timperley/Altrincham
35 HRS PER WEEK including 2 sleep ins, with rota’s based over 7 days a week.
The main purpose of the role is to enable adults with disabilities to live in their own home in the community, providing support based on each individual’s needs and preferences.
The role of the Team Leader is to directly work with and manage a small team of staff, providing 24-hour support to two men and one lady with learning difficulties in their own home and in the community. In addition they will lead the team, working shifts alongside other team members and have additional responsibilities for management, e.g. organising team meetings, job consultations, writing rota’s, developing support plans / essential life plans and ensuring the service continues to develop to meet the needs and wishes of the individuals being supported.
